Ring Resizing

• We offer complimentary ring resizing up to 3 sizes up or down (for example: size 10 to 10.5 or 11).
• Resizing requests that exceed 3 sizes may incur additional charges.
• Certain ring designs may not be suitable for resizing due to structural or aesthetic considerations. We recommend consulting our jewellery specialists before proceeding.

Jewellery Refurbishment

• Each gleeweljewels piece is eligible for one complimentary refurbishment per year for up to 10 years.
• Additional refurbishment services beyond the complimentary allowance may be subject to service fees.

Return Instructions (For Resizing & Refurbishment)

To ensure safe handling of your jewellery, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Inform your gleeweljewels sales consultant of your return request.
Step 2: Place the jewellery securely into the original gleeweljewels jewellery box and shipping box.
Step 3: Seal the delivery box using the gleeweljewels security sticker and send us a photo for confirmation.
Step 4: Wait for courier pickup or follow the return shipping instructions provided.

Invoices, receipts, and gemstone certificates are not required for returns related to resizing or refurbishment.

Refund Policy

gleeweljewels stands behind the integrity of our products. Refund requests are considered only under the following circumstances:

• The inscription number on the diamond does not match the accompanying GIA certificate.
• A gleeweljewels-certified diamond fails to meet the stated light performance standards upon verification.
